Solitude Series: We are connected; we are connected beyond our identity, beyond the land we are coming from. I feel when you are suffering in the farthest part of this land, I feel the pain in your body, and sorrow in your heart. I feel the alliance of our souls through our prayers, through our thoughts. we are together, you are not alone. Solitude Series, done with acrylic and oil on canvas, depicts a lonely female figure in different positions in solitude. Persian rugs and traditional Persian motifs inspired the patterns in this series of paintings.
